Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You'll get another order notification when your order has shipped.  During high-volume seasons or sales events, processing may take a bit longer- but don't worry, we'll keep you updated every step of the way!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer standard shipping:  (3-7 business days) - flat rate or carrier calculated

Please note: shipping times are estimated and may vary based on carrier delays that are out of our control.  Once your order has left our hands it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.  If your order is marked delivered but not received, please with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier.  We're happy to assist with filing a claim, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
